The Flavia coffee machine from Lavazza Professional is one of the most reliable single serve systems on the market. Occasionally you might receive an Error 328 on your machine which indicates a freshpack has become jammed in the machine. Don't panic!! This is a simple fix just follow the steps below.
- Go to the main screen and select the TOUCH TO INSERT PACK option on the Flavia coffee machine.
- When the machine door opens you will see a red tab. Press the tab to release the door.
- Look inside the Flavia coffee machine. You should be able to see a drink sachet that is stuck.
- Reach into the Flavia coffee machine and remove the freshpack. It should be clearly visible.
- Shut the door of Flavia coffee machine.
- Your Flavia coffee machine should now work as usual and you can continue using its delicious range of hot drinks.
